Alex is increasingly in-demand from musicians, from pop to hip-hop to classical, who want to feel confident that their work will come back sounding cleaner and more musical, exciting, and radio-ready after the mix process. He appeared on Pensado’s Place episode #52 after Dave Pensado named him the winner of the first Pensado’s Place mix competition, MixFest. Shortly after, he won the remix contest for the reproduction of Cyndi Lauper’s classic “Girls Just Want To Have Fun”. Alex brings his own personal artistry to any track sent his way for remixing, while retaining and enhancing the intention of the original. All mixing and remixing projects are handled in a new studio, completed early 2014, running Pro Tools HD 12.6.1.
